An axe and a flower

Do not use an axe to cut a flower – J I Heeley

im not talking about using the right tool and saving time, although that is a good principle as well… im talking about overkill, drama queens, blowing things out of proportion… it is imperative [ oo nice word 🙂 ] to be able to handle any situation with the right amount of what ever is needed.

If anger is needed fine … but how much, if urgency is needed then ok but no one can work in a rush … in an emergency it is always said, calm down.

Make sure your responses and actions are weighted according to the situation
